In addition to that, I ride a motorcycle and most times without a helmet so then again it gets wind and sun damage. In the summer I live in the pool with chemicals. In short, my hair was a mess. Now I use Parachute once a week. Put it on dry hair and sleep with it overnight. In the morning I shampoo my hair and it is like I have someone else's hair. The change is unbelievable and I will never stop using it. I recommend it to anyone who has dry and/or split ends. If it heals my hair it will heal anything.
