Excellent in hot teas, in hot cereal or oatmeal, spread on hot breads, in blended drinks and smoothies (mostly the tropical fruit ones), great for frying an egg or popping popcorn too. Unlike olive oil, it does not lose it's nutritional value when heated highly. Extra Virgin, coldpressed, no GMO, 100% certified organic. Healthy fats, no trans fats, not hydrogenated, no cholesterol, vegan, unrefined. High in Lauric Acid too. Obviously, I cannot say enough about this product -- I only wish Amazon would sell it in smaller quantities. I hardly need 12 jars of the stuff at one time!
