The large flake (or long shred)keeps the great texture and flavor of fresh amd is perfect for baked goods, especially cookies. It is also delicious mixed into vanilla ice cream.Great product and company. I had alot of difficulty finding long shred unsweetened coconut in any stores,so I am so happy to have it to make my famous coconut cream pies again!
