You know the kind of coffee I'm talking about. The kind that's been sitting in the waiting room at your mechanic's garage for who know how many hours. The kind that's been boiling in an electric urn in a conference room until it approaches the taste of liquefied charcoal. If it's served in little styrofoam cups with cheap plastic swizzle sticks and smells like a fire pit, this Coffee-mate will make it better.
The reason it works is because the coconut flavor - which is really sweet and round, by the way - is plenty strong enough to overpower the burnt flavor of the coffee. (In fact, I can't really recommend this flavor for good coffee, because it will overpower the taste, so minus one point for that).
I heartily recommend anyone to keep a stash of the powdered version of this creamer on hand for when you know you're going to be facing the specter of badly burnt coffee. Why spend three bucks on a single Starbucks run when this creamer can come through for you again and again for less?
