(More customer reviews)I have recently started drinking ONE Coconut water and am feeling less groggy in the morning and having more energy all day. Imagine yourself on a tropical island or at a resort in the Caribbean, this is exactly what they drink, right from the coconut shell!
I think the amount of magnesium in this drink has helped me keep migraines at bay. The high potassium content is fantastic. Since it is hot here now in California, there is nothing like sipping ice cold ONE coconut juice. It has 14 grams of sugar which is the only drawback but it is NOT added sugar, rather natural sugar which is part of the juice, much less than other fruit juices.
Coconut water is full of good nutrition and hydrates the body as well. Now I am happy to buy it at a much better price here (by the case) than at the local Health Food stores.
