(More customer reviews)These coconut cups are adorable, they are the perfect addition to a luau themed party. I purchased them for a Gilligan's Island themed anniversary party. They are so cute! They have a built in straw, that can be removed for cleaning or to be replaced with another straw. They are heavier than I thought they would be, which to me means that they are higher quality than I realized, and that makes me happy that I spent the extra money to choose these over the plastic ones I originally looked at.
Cleaning these cups is a bit difficult, they are not dishwasher safe, and they are extremely difficult to wash out by hand. If you use too much dishwashing liquid soap to clean these, it will soak into the bottom interior of the cup and make rinsing it out extremely difficult. My best method is to fill the cup with hot water first, squirt in a little liquid soap, and then swish it around, makes cleaning these a breeze.
