(More customer reviews)I have psoriasis and it's hard to find skin creams that are fun to use and yet moisturizing enough to keep the skin smoother in between and during treatments. This keeps skin smoother and yet, because of the fragrance, using it feels like a luxury - not another annoyance of routine psoriasis maintenance. The fragrance is a cross between coffee with sweetened condensed milk and cocoa butter. However, this moisturizer does come off somewhat on clothing and sheets, because it's so thick.
