(More customer reviews)The first thing I want to say is that the first bottle I ordered came partly opened so that a small amount of product had spilled into the packaging. When I wrote a note about this, not really expacting any reimbursement, the company at once apologized and sent a second package which arrived intact. So I would rate this company 10 out of 10 for customer service!!
The gel is pleasant smelling, not quite lemony enough for me but definitely made me happy to have bought it. I probably will try one or more of their other scents. The gel is easy to use but I find I have to put a second layer out before I can finish my shower -- it dissipates a little too soon. Having said that, the price is excellent and so using a bit more is not a major issue to me, though that is the reason I marked it less than the top score. Also, it is a generous 8 ounces.
