(More customer reviews)Timothy's "German Chocolate Cake" K-Cups are great tasting and work well in my Keurig B-40 B40 Elite Gourmet Single-Cup Home-Brewing System on both the large and small cup settings. These were a great choice for me since I have a massive sweet tooth but am also a Type 2 diabetic.
The coffee is more mild than what I normally drink in the mornings, but it is really more of a dessert or treat for me. This does have a distinct chocolate and mild coconut flavor that does taste like German Chocolate Cake. I take it with two Splenda packets (Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Granular, Individual Packets, 700-Count Box) and a bit of Half & Half. My wife and kids like it with sugar in place of the Splenda.

They turned out great and even my husband was picking up a bar every time I was turning around. The coconut was fresh and tasted very good. I would definitely buy these again without any reservations.

(More customer reviews)I'm a chocoholic and have tried every mocha, swiss almond chocolate, etc. coffee I've ever seen, k-cup and not k-cup. This is the best. It may actually be better than German chocolate cake--it's like a no-cal, fat-free dessert. My favorite way to drink it right now is to throw in a packet of Splenda and a little bit of Organic Valley chocolate soy milk, though it's good without sweetener or creamer. It's chocolaty, with a hint of coconut. I highly recommend for anyone who likes coffee (it's not a weak coffee, like most of the flavored kcups I've tried). Also, Amazon's price for Timothy's is the best I can find, subscribe and save price comes out to around $0.37 a cup. Enjoy!!

It is really important to me and for my reputation that I use only the freshest ingredients when baking, especially when creating products that I will be selling. The 1st couple of times I placed an order for Baker's coconut through Amazon it met my expectations. The last couple of times I found that some of the bags contained fresh coconut the others contained coconut that was dry and old. In the last shipment I only had 1 bag of really fresh coconut. I'll attempt one more order and if the same thing happens I'll have to discontinue the orders.
