(More customer reviews)This product is just about the only commercially available pure, natural coconut extract; almost all coconut flavorings to be found in stores are artificial coconut flavorings. As a bonus, it's organic! And it doesn't cost any more than the artificial flavorings at the store. I highly, highly recommend this for any/all recipes calling for coconut or coconut flavoring. My only critical comment would be that the manufacturer should get these products into more stores (I speak of the southern California area specifically) so that more people can find it and buy it.
