Coconut believe it or not is a tough flavor for companies to produce quality. Some have such a weak flavor you can hardly taste it in your coffee that you have to add more syrup. With Monin's syrup it takes just the measured amount and you can make a wonderful espresso that each sip contains the coconut flavor.
