(More customer reviews)This particular variety of Conchita coconut water is quite sweet. It has little pieces of coconut pulp floating around inside of it, which may be texturally displeasing to some. I have a hard time drinking other brands of coconut water, but this sweetened version is nice.
My can listed the ingredients as: young coconut juice, young coconut pulp, water, sugar, sodium metabisulphite (for color retention).
Again, this is a sweetened beverage. It has a lot of sugar -- 30 grams per can. It has 150 calories, 70 mg of sodium and 1 gram of fat.
I like to chill the beverage and then drink it on a hot day and this is a very refreshing beverage to drink after a really intense work out. I don't drink this very often but enjoy it when I do.
