(More customer reviews)I am not sure as of why this is not Organic, but it is Delicious. I feel that this is More Safe to drink than the other Organic ones that Have Guar Gum which is a natural laxative...I would Much rather have the potassium because too much of the Ones with Guar Gum could send you on a hunt for the toilet. This Stuff is great for a multi-purpose use drinking, bakes/cooking, and making snacks/sweets. I really like this product but too much of anything is never good for you b/c CoCoNut will give you gas and Bloating. So use in moderation.
I also believe that this comes from the Concentration form that is why it can not be classified as Organic but it is pretty Fresh and ready to eat and drink right out of the Can.
