The very crisp cookie that is not too sweet and the coating that ...well...is quite sweet. This is one of my favorites - Not that I really don't love them all - I'm a bit of a pocky-addict....but besides the green tea pocky this is really up there for me...
It's very yummy. In the United States there is so much emphasis on low fat low carb blah blah blah...on and on ...i think we forget what tastes good and satisfying. These are both good and satisfying.
Try them. Pocky are popular world wide for good reason!

Heat Sensitive - The delicious Pocky toppings (chocolate, strawberry, whip, etc.) were developed to melt in a persons mouth, around 98 degrees and therefore are heat sensitive. If a Pocky topping should melt just place them in an average room temperature and they will cool but stick together. Melting does not affect the edibility of the product

(More customer reviews)I have a stash of Pocky at home. I've been dieting (lost 60+ pounds) and a pack of Coconut Pocky with 4 wee sticks of coco-choco loveliness is only 74 calories. With a cup of decaf, it satisfies my after-dinner craving for dessert with minimal caloric impact for the flavor.
I am even now holding my pack. EXACTLY the same as the picture. Same nutritional info. A legitimate product, yes? But my box is $3.25 --the price sticker is still on there. The pack has 4 mini-packs of four Pocky sticks each. 16 thin crispy snack sticks. The listed price of $18+ bucks is insane. That's more than a buck per stick. The so-called sale price is more than twice the price I paid. I can only assume the jack-ed up initial price is to make the sale price LOOK like a bargain.
I guess this is the "Take advantage of the winter season to sell older pocky and rip-off buyers" thing. Maybe just add a buck more for off-season or something. But more than doubling the price. Youch. I guess I'll have strawberry Pocky until next summer.
So, great snack. Lousy pricing.
