Coal Tar Soap Bar (Black) (110g) Brand: SoapWorks Review

If you're looking for true coal tar, SoapWorks is a waste of money. True coal tar products contains PAH's (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons). None in this soap. Instead it contains plenty artificial black pigment like a carbon agent. Stains everything but it washes out. This soap is simply a small, artificially black, coconut oil based castille soap. It lathers well and works well in that regard but do not expect medicinal skin care like a true coal tar soap delivers. Try Polytar or a similar product instead.

Monoi Tiare Coconut Oil Review

On a blissful, youthful trip to Papeete in the Tahitian archipelago 26 years ago, I purchased 2 bottles of this elixir of the goddesses - which I have hoarded judiciously ever since! I still have half a bottle left and it still smells like heaven and moisturises my skin like nothing else. I am thrilled beyond words that it is now easily obtainable online (possibly for less than I paid for it in 1983!). Finally, I can splurge and use it every day (though that might destroy its specialness) Yes, it solidifies in the winter (unless you keep it in the bathroom next to the hot water pipe, like I do) but never, never microwave it or you will destroy its exquisite essence of frangipani. I still open the bottle, sniff and am transported back to Bora Bora.

EKO CARIBBEAN COCONUT OIL Review

I was really disappointed when I opened this up and it had such a strong fake coconut smell. I thought it was just oil, but when I looked at the ingredients and there is "fragrance" in it. Now I can't use it in my all natural lotion and will have to buy another brand. I guess "tropical essence" means "fragrance". Too bad.
