(More customer reviews)I've been using Azukar Organics Coconut Sugar for about 6-9 months now and have to say that I am thrilled with it. It is a one-for-one substitute in recipies. So those of us who cannot handle cane sugar for whatever reason can enjoy baked goods again! I haven't been able to tolerate cane sugar (migraines, mood swings, etc.) for over three years now and this sugar has given me back the joy that is cookies and pies!
It is also low-glycemic which means it is a safe alternative for diabetics to cane sugar and unsafe, unhealthy artificial sweenteners!
The flavor is wonderful and I use it in everything from belgiun waffles and muffins to green tea frappes and pumpkin pie! You wont regret this purchase!
