(More customer reviews)I don't understand why this sugar is considered any healthier or lower glycemic value than regular cane sugar. It tastes a lot like rapadura, dried cane sugar. Taste is more like brown sugar. But when you have a glucose molecule and a fructose molecule together you have sucrose. Sugar is sugar. Certainly less processing is better at retaining natural nutrients but sugar is not healthy and should be used in very small amounts. I don't believe this product is any different.
