(More customer reviews)I felt very comfortable using this product throughout my pregnancy-- we now have a healthy 9-month old. I bought these at Whole Foods, but they are much more reasonable on Amazon.com. I also checked with the nurse at our OB office, and she said these DHA gels were very good. I would recommend them!
