(More customer reviews)I ordered 2 gallons,great price!The first bite was a little bland but after a few more shreds i could really taste the coconut flavor!It taste just like fresh coconut not very sweet just a touch of sweetness.The chips are more like shavings thin and shreds all different sizes.After a few more bites,it was hard to stop!I even gave some to my two jack russell's and they are now as addicted to them as i am.The gallon pail states that you can make coconut milk by mixing with water in a blender,i have not tried this yet and will email the company to find the proper water to chip ratio.Also they say it is good for baking with! Also love the ease of opening the pail,it has a plastic strip that you peel off but had to use pliers towards the end but once that strip is off opening and closing it is a breeze especially since i have carpal tunnel.I will order this again!
