I now do dry brushing on my skin every day and use Ah Shayh coconut oil from head to toe! No more dryness and the elasticity has improved tremendously. My acupuncturist and massage therapist each commented on how much my skin has improved. I'm sure this is also due to my diet but the coconut oil seems to form a protective barrier so your skin can heal from the inside out. My husband has severe varicose veins due to a broken leg. He has been applying Ah Shayh coconut oil daily and he's seen a huge difference: the skin is more elastic and healthy looking, and he's even growing leg hair back where it had stopped growing due to poor circulation.
I use it on the ends of my hair, for minor cuts, and for every day moisturizing. One jar seems to last two people forever! It's one of the most versatile and cost effective products I've ever used. In fact, all of my other moisturizers and lotions have been sitting in my bathroom unused for months! Time to clean house!
