(More customer reviews)I used to hear how coconut oil is so unhealthy for you. But thank God for the internet and objective researchers. Perhaps if a coconut oil has been refined and adulterated and hydrogenated it will be unhealthy, but raw, virgin coconut oil is one of the best things in the world for you. I use this product not only in my diet but for skin and health care as well. Think about it, how could a fruit that grows from the earth for our benefit be unhealthy? This Nutiva product is a godsend and I will make sure to keep a steady stock of it from now on. Just check out the several books out there touting the benefits of virgin coconut oil and you'll see what I mean.
