It gives instant energy, helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels, improves the body's absorption and use of vitamin E, calcium, and magnesium.and is easily incorporated into the diet. It can be added to a salad, drizzled on veggies, mixed with butter. added to smoothies. The ways are limitless. There is no real flavor so it is not noticeable on the palate but very noticeable in how you are feeling if used regularly.
Also, MCT oil is fantastic for topical use. I keep a small spray bottle of the MCT oil in my bathroom and use it on elbows, heals, knees......and anyplace that has the tendency to be dry........ and that is a lot of places in the winter time. I give a light spray and rub in. I need no other body moisturizer as MCT works tremendously. It is also odorless so only your skin knows that it is there.
