Where it falls down is that the hassle involved in having to actually melt the product not once, but each time before you use it, means it is simply not practical to use. Who really wants to interrupt the special 'moment' to go and run a little hot bath for this thing and then watch and wait for ages while it decides whether or not it wants to melt...? It doesn't melt instantly, actually I found it takes quite a while, and in my opinion it's totally not worth the bother. The whole point of a lubricant is you want something that's to hand and available *when* you need it, not having to pre-plan and melt the darn thing each and every single time you want to use it? Whatever happened to the whole idea of spontaneity in sex?! Frankly I don't know what the makers were thinking.
Also slightly disconcerting is the fact it smells very distinctly like a Bounty chocolate bar (sweet/strong/sticky coconut smell) and less attractive still is that it seems quite oily, and definitely not in a good way. Personally I've already ditched this stuff and gone back to using Sylk, which also has the whole natural/eco package but is much nicer to use and doesn't involve melting the thing down before you can use it.
