(More customer reviews)Coco Nara coals are the best of all the coals i've tried. The are stubborn to light but if you spend $10 at walgreens to buy a Single Coil electric stove (not the flat hot plate [made that mistake already] and they'll light in about 5 minutes and burn for up to an hour (or more sometimes).
My problem is not in the product but the seller not shipping it in the 2 days i was told it would arrive but rather within a 2 week window (expected ship date is currently 1/15/10 - 2/2/10)! EVEN now (as of 1/11/10) if you add it to your cart and set the shipping, it says it'll arrive in 2 days but that is not true. I ordered on 1/9/2010. I've sent a seller email asking why the delay/change in shipping and to see if i can cancel. The price is awesome and the cheapest even with the shipping charge. But 2 weeks is crazy, i'd rather pay a little more to get it locally.

Damn is this thing small. I packed it up and tried it out. It didn't smoke bad at all. I was pretty content. I wasn't a big fan of the shisha as I didn't realize it was tobacco free. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't great.
My sister came over and tried it out and somehow dropped the hookah on the table and the bowl came off and broke into pieces. The next day I went to a local tobacco shop which sold hookahs and purchased a new bowl, not realizing that my original hookah bowl was really tiny. The new bowl was double the size of my old one and I had to get creative to make it work.
Ultimately I gave in and realized I enjoyed smoking hookah and went to hookah-shisha.com and ordered a really nice hookah that hit much better than this one.
I have to say that for the price, this thing is pretty damn good. Not a bad first hookah or if you're just looking for something small and simple to setup.

(More customer reviews)First, a health warning: NEVER use self-lighting charcoal to light your hookah. If you do, you'll be inhaling the residue from the chemicals used to get the charcoal to light quickly. Not good!
This brand of charcoal is probably the best for a number of reasons. First, the charcoal is made from coconut husks so, no part of the living tree is used. Second, even though I have to light these on a stovetop burner, once lit, they burn steadily and leave little ash. And again: because these are not self-lighting, I'm not adding anything unwanted to my hookah experience.
