Silky, smooth, with a complex yet perfect balance of flavors, it has a hint of spiciness and a hint of sweetness from the coconut, which is subtle yet definitely present... I added one packet of stevia (Truvia) and a touch of milk inspired by the other reviews, and it feels like a dessert without the overwhelming sweetness. I will certainly be trying Zhena's other flavors! I just wish Amazon sold the refill bags so as to support the company's effort to be green even more.
