(More customer reviews)I have hair that is on the short side of medium length. I can normally use a shampoo without a conditioner. However this dried my hair out and tangled it so that I could not get a comb through it. Once my hair dried it was very frizzy. It also dried out my hands very badly and the skin around my face was flaking. Next time I washed I used the conditioner. My hair was not dried out but my hands still were. Unfortunately using the conditioner made my hair look dirty, like I hadn't even washed it. Thankfully the store I bought it from has a good return policy.
