(More customer reviews)Picked this up after enjoying a cup of coconut tea at a local Thai restaurant. This one is nice, pretty coconutty, but not too much so, but the black tea in it does get bitter pretty quickly, so make sure you set a timer for 3 minutes so you don't walk away and forget. Doesn't need much sugar but a little helps boost the coconut taste. I find honey distracts from the subtle flavors in this tea.

(More customer reviews)I had tried this tea in the little sachets when I found it in a grocery store. Being able to buy it in bulk means I can enjoy it without spending a fortune! I put the tea in the kitchen at my office for convenience and all the women in the office started drinking it. We now have it on the "subscribe and save" plan for delivery every two months. The tea is not overpowering - the coconut is subtle, add just a hint of different flavor to a typical chai tea. Even people who don't like coconut like this tea. The whole tea is fairly mild, so if you like strong chai's this may not be the tea for you.

(More customer reviews)Lana's Snowflake Black Tea with Coconut and Almond has now become my favorite tea. First the smoothness is unbeatable. I found it a bit smoother than the Hanley Vanilla cormoro! Secondly,the aroma changes from the time you smell it in the bag and then brew, it is a great experience. When you taste it you have a wonderful surprise of sweetness and comfort. Sort of a nutty, caramel with vanilla notes, it is the PERFECT Dessert tea. My husband lost 18 lbs by drinking this instead of having ice cream! Now when you present it to friends,let them taste it first. If they go by the intense aroma in the bag, it is so fresh some have wrongly thought it was too strong a flavor, but it is not. It is the amazing freshness they are not used to. We served this at our wedding vow renewal and it beat out hanleys vanilla cormoro and Paris too. This tea has filled a gap I have had in my collection, I have searched for a flavor like this over 3 years!!
Lana Please keep on creating this tea, I am definitely coming back for more.

(More customer reviews)I love (nearly) all things coconut and this tea is no exception. First, the scent of this tea is phenomenal. When I received it, I opened the box and just kept sniffing the tea. It is heavenly. When I was finally able to pull my nose out of the bag, I made a cup and the earth stopped moving, all my troubles melted away and I was filled with a coconut induced happiness.
The flavor is incredibly smooth. Each day, after drinking this tea, I look at my other teas and say "maybe I will resume drinking them tomorrow." I cannot resume drinking them because I enjoy this tea so much and the other teas pale in comparison. I occasionally add a little agave but I find the coconut flakes add a natural touch of sweetness to this brew.
All of the packaging for this tea is eco-friendly. So you get a deliciously crafted tea from a company that is earth friendly. Highly recommended.

(More customer reviews)I am a big fan of the high quality of Celestial Seasonings products and their usually good tea blends. This particular blend does not make the cut. I want to like it but somehow the coconut does not really work in this tea. The aroma is artificial coconut, and the flavor is a strange somewhat musty coconut flavor without noticable chai spice. Drinkable but an eccentric blend--perhaps a diehard coconut lover would find this appealing.
Celestial Seasonings gets extra points for their packaging: they utilize 100% natural recycled paperboard in their boxes and they don't package each tea bag individually. Instead they use a system of a waxed paper bag inside the box that stays shut when you fold it. It keeps the bags fresh and utilizes less packaging than individually wrapping each bag. The art they use on each box is beautiful as are the quotes and information they put on every surface.
