(More customer reviews)This bar is very tasty but a little too sweet for me. Pretty pricy at almost $3 a bar considering the wrapper is noticeably much bigger than the bar. I complained to Dr. Mercola's outfit about the deceptive packaging and I got a response that if I did not like it I could send it back to get my money back.

Natural Sea Clam Chowder, New England Style, Wheat Free, Dairy Free, 15-Ounce Cans (Pack of 4) Review

(More customer reviews)Being from New England, we grew up clamming and cooking chowder because that's what we do here. Our children are gfcf and we tried this soup and they didn't like it. I thought it was just ok, a bit gelatinous. Two WONDERFUL suggestions: 1) If you know how to make Rhode Island clam chowder you will know that there isn't any cream in the recipe - just lots of clam broth thickened a bit with either corn starch or tapioca starch. 2) If you like it creamy New England style - you CAN make it with "So Delicious" Coconut Milk or creamer which I don't see on Amazon yet. The milk comes in a 64 ounce carton and is wonderful for baking and cooking and just plain drinking!!
If you're not used to the authentic homemade New England "chowda", then this soup might be just fine for you to satisfy that clam chowder taste.

Anyway, my mother bought these for the children for a snack and I will tell you everyone in my family who has tasted these finds them absolutely addictive. My husband and my brother-in-law now both have to have a can of these every week. They won't even share with my sister and I so we, of course have to buy our own can. lol. Our children can't get enough of them. Seriously the best cookie ever. None of us even liked macaroons before Jennies. Buy them, try them and love them, just know there isn't a patch to get help when you become addicted, but there may be enough of us to start a meeting or two. lol.
