(More customer reviews)Although this is the first brand of shredded coconut I have tried, I will not buy others. Yes it is presumptive of me to remain loyal to this first brand, but after reading other reviews about what works and what does not work about other brands of shredded coconut, Aloha Nu has apparently all the good without the bad. It is fresh,sweet, Kosher. Even my cat likes it!! I use it daily on cereal: mixed it with yogurt: sprinkle it on salmon, chicken: or just take a spoonful to eat. Yum, Yum. The best does costs a tad more, but is well worth it.
