(More customer reviews)This is an oil that has a very faint fragrance, absorves quickly and leaves a beautiful sparkle that is more like a shine. It enhances a tan beautifuly. I have 3 of them now, just in case I run out. During winter it solidifies, but it gets back to normal when temperatures rise, or I have heard you can put the bottle under running hot water. I have used it on my entire body and hair and i haven't had any breakouts or problems.

I also use it in my natural black (dredlock) hair as a moisturizing and herbal oil and it works just the same--without any greasy build-up in my hair or scalp. I also use it the same way on my 3 year old son, and we both agree, "It smells really good!" The scent is "almondy"--delicate, but not too overpowering. Also, what I like about the bottle is that the special design of the cap allows it to drip out rather than gush out. You can squeeze the bottle harder for increased flow, if you desire. I'm a happy customer with this product and will definitely purchase it again as well as sample other Alba Hawaiian products. Thanks!!:)

(More customer reviews)This is my first pregnancy and my husband spotted this product at the store when we were hunting for a cream/lotion in the hopes of helping prevent or minimize stretch marks.
I was told time and time again from various people that stretch marks are genetic and if my mother had them (which she unfortunately did get them with both her pregnancies) then I would get them.
In my case, I have yet to get them and I am due in 3 weeks!! :) I started using this oil right at about 2 months and will continue to use it at least 3-6 months after my baby is born for moisturizing and toning the skin.
It works best for me when I apply after I get out of the shower---I apply it all over my breasts and stomach every night after showering.
It's a bit greasy, but that's what oil is and doesn't stain your sleep wear/clothes. So no need to worry!
On another note, my doctor told me it also helps a great deal to NOT scratch your belly and breasts when they itch as the skin stretches. Scratching breaks the fibers in the skin as it's stretching and makes it more prone to stretch marks. I know it's hard, but do all you can to resist the urge to scratch!! :) It's doable! :)
I highly recommend this product!

I find that even if I don't wash my hair the next day, it isn't at all greasy. You don't even need a conditioner because your hair will comb out easily. I've tried many shampoos and this is by far my favorite!

(More customer reviews)Hadn't used this stuff in a few years and went on an online hunt to find it again. Got it as an xmas gift a few years ago. Bought another when that ran out and was astonished at it's price. Supposedly it all comes from Fiji. ;)
Even if it comes from someone's back yard, it's good stuff. Anything else seems cheap and the ingredients are not as emollient. This exfoliates and does a wonderful job moisturizing.
Unless you live alone or ruthlessly scrub the tub after each use, you'll probably get grief on the damage it does. Super greasy film is left in the tub. And no, simply spraying it with shower stuff won't get it clean...

I don't like perfume (usually way too strong for my sensitive nose!), preferring the more subtle scents of essential oils. I have been using these oils after every shower for many years. The are not at all greasy, smell wonderful and keep my skin baby soft. I buy several different bottles at a time, as I enjoy all of the different scents. The vanilla, while subtle, gets lots of notice--although most people don't realize the scent is coming from me! They just think the office smells like candy or cookies! The coconut reminds me of suntan lotion, the pitate of Hawaii. The ylang-ylang is one of my favorites. If you love the strong scent of perfume, these subtle scents might not be for you. But if you are looking for a good body oil, love soft skin and smelling lovely all day, you will love these oils.
