The ones that are designed to go a long way get tacky after a while. This is the best I have ever used. Its performance never tires out and you don't need anything more than light soap and water to rinse it off. I found that it worked in about 15 strokes. It seems to work best if you turn it into a lotion by rubbing it softly in your hand before applying. It never drys and you never need more if you get the right amount on in the first try.

I did eventually smear some on my chin, just to see..why not?.. and low and behold, no more double chin. SO, i guess my bust is a little to "busty" to see any visible firmness or tightening, but it works for other things. And since people mostly see my chin, and they have commented on how "slim" my face looks, i have to give the product some credit.

They always embarassed me and I struggled with them my whole teenage life. When I got older I had gained some weight and got more, but even after I lost the weight I still had stretch marks. This was the first lotion I tried and it really worked. I had put it on in the morning and at night for about a week and already started to see them fade. I don't know if the marks will ever be completely gone, but they have faded enough that I can finally wear a two piece bathing suit without feeling so ugly. I don't know how it works with pregnancy but my stretch marks went from a purple red to light pink in just one week! :)

(More customer reviews)This is my first pregnancy, and I have been using the Mama Mio Tummy Rub Butter since week 7. When my belly started showing at month 5, I used the Tummy Rub Butter in combination with the Tummy Rub Oil every morning and every night. I am now 8 months pregnant and have no signs of stretchmarks. I guess it's still too early to tell, but it makes my growing belly super soft and cures any itchiness due to stretching.
In terms of how many bottles you'll be using (it is pricey), these small bottles last 4 months (and that's applying liberally every morning and night), so it is a good value. You'll probably only need 3 during your whole pregnancy including post partum when your belly starts shrinking.
*UPDATE*
I gave birth to a 7 lb 4 oz baby girl on the 15th of July. She is now 6 weeks and my stomach has completely shrunk down, and I have absolutely no stretchmarks. This product is amazing and well worth the money!

I would recommend using your favorite body spray afterword if you are like me and like that smelly-good kind of lotion. That is the only reason I gave this product a 4 star rating. I plan to go back to Sally Beauty and buy another bottle of this stuff. It has a lot of natural ingredients that are good for your skin. That's why the scent fades away. I use to love Jergens and Johnson's baby lotion but this hemp lotion is much much better. It is definitely worth the 6 or even 8 dollar price tag.

I have smaller containers in the kitchen, by my rocker, and in my bath. I keep this big bottle on my dressing table for refills and for the big treatment after my showers. (Yes, this old woman has an old fashioned piece of furniture - a dressing table.) But really ladies and gents, you are going to love this product. I picked the Jasmine scent, but the others are great too! This product is soaked up immediately without any residual lotion. A small drop about the size of a dime will do both hands really well. It is very economical in this way. I live in a very harsh high desert climate so I must always take care of my skin...this product is very helpful. Also, the scent is gentle as is the lotion itself. Three cheers and more for OPI!
